[ So. There's a small problem. At some point in the midst of all the monster attacks, Hilda receives a sudden, hurried message. Even in mind-text, the urgency carries, the 'penmanship' quick and messy where before it had been elegantly pristine. ]
I'm sorry
It's Linhardt
that monster I saw in my dream is here and Linhardt is being possessed by it or something
[ The message comes a day after she has her own "possession". The creature's hold on her is no longer present but she's still reeling from the feelings she had felt in that moment, the need to hurt, to feast, to kill.
But the familiar writing, the name of a friend, along with a clear message that he's in danger sends any other thought immediately from her mind.
[ He has no idea what kinds of Crests or Relics Hilda means, surmising only they're from her and Linhardt's world and don't exist here; at least, that's what it seems like she's saying.
[ As the hours stretch she waits, pacing, trying to keep herself busy knowing that there's little she can do from where she is except hope that Rhy, Linhardt and whoever else is there with them are as safe.
When she sees Rhy's familiar handwriting she immediately puts down what she's doing to read them, letting out the biggest sigh of relief. ]

Frankly, he's a little distracted.

Hilda he's not calming down

[ After that uncharacteristically rushed response, Rhy goes quiet. For a long time.
It's hours before he's able to reach out again, this time apparently more calmly. ]
Hilda,
Thank you for your assistance earlier. With relief, I would like to inform you that Linhardt is safe and mostly unharmed. He will be all right.

He's all right. Sustained minor injuries, since healed. Mostly, I think he just feels bad, but he wasn't himself.
I'm all right, as is Kell. I just wanted to let you know.
